More than adequate breakfast, peaceful location, fairly clean place overall. New-fashioned rooms with a newly remodeled decor, exceptionally comfortable beds with feather pillows. Pleasant views over the sea from our room, consistently courteous and very pleasant staff.

Location
Baggage person left one of my bags in the taxi when we first arrived. The food at the hotel is terribly expensive. The beds were horribly uncomfortable.

The hotel as changed from Meridian to Tiara Park Atlantic Lisboa, and the great service they provide to the Client, are the same, and maybe better today, the Staff, from the ones on the background to the ones on the front door and desk, they are in the right position, smiling faces, and cordiality are a top in everyone, as some of them carry one from the past and the experience counts, and my finger was passed in various point's, and come clean, as my very observer eye dint spot anything wrong in that Big, very well located quit and Excellent Hotel in the heart of Lisbon. Who so my Birth at 59 years ago. My Rating in 1/10 is 9.98, Because I Kip always 2 Point's for that moment I dint see or wasn't there if something goes wrong. Cordial Regards from Carlos Rodrigues
The change of Chambermaids in various days of the week. Is not good and save for the client, as we don’t know in fact who was today in your room.

We found our stay at the Tiara Park Atlantic Lisboa hotel very enjoyable. The staff were very courteous and the room very clean. We will recommend it to our friends when and if they go to Lisbon.

Great stay with a cozy vibe!
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. The manager was super friendly. Loved that huge breakfast spread too. The only thing, it's a bit of a trek to the city center, but we managed. Would totally stay again!

Very nice and helpful staff, including perfect English. Good location, near the subway. Also possible to walk to the downtown. Hotel arranged earlier check in time and room with requested conditions when asked beforehand. Very clean luxurious hotel.
Not a negative issue, but food and other "extra services" are expensive - but that's understandable for a hotel in this class.

From start to finish this hotel lived up to its stars, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, facing the Eduardo park and overlooking the river. This hotel is just the right distance from the centre to make for a quiet night's sleep, but not too far to make it inconvenient for a day's shopping or a night out on the town - ten minute walk or 3 minute taxi ride takes you to the main shopping part of Lisbon. For a night out on the town you do need a taxi (there are lots of them). We never spent more the 5 euro on a cab no matter where we went in town. The hotel is just up the street from the sightseeing bus tours which are the best way to see Lisbon if you have not been before. We would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to have a good stay when in Lisbon.

The location of the Intercontinental Lisboa blew me away. I could easily walk to many popular attractions in the city. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and my room was spacious and stylish. The bed was comfortable. The staff greeted me warmly at check-in, and I felt valued as an IHG member with upgrades offered right away. The breakfast experience fell short. While the selection was decent, I expected more variety, especially in hot breakfast options. A frustrating point was the limited hours of the bar. Waiting until 4 PM for drinks felt restrictive, especially during vacation hours. When I requested a late checkout due to an unexpected issue with my child, the response lacked compassion. This left a sour note on what could have been an excellent experience. Despite these hiccups, the attentive housekeeping and the hotel's peaceful atmosphere were nice.
